Erling Haaland may have to line up in the back of Norway. The striker comments on his future and mourns missed opportunities afterwards.

Erling Haaland plans his future with Borussia Dortmund.

The striker said at the Norwegian press conference before the Nations-League meetings on Friday against Austria and Monday in Northern Ireland that he would see himself “still some time” at the BVB.

Haaland had come to BVB during the winter break and scored 16 goals in 18 competitive matches.

Haaland also revealed that he had reviewed all of his goals of the season this summer – and all of his chances. His first thought was that he “should have scored more goals,” he said.

At TV2 he also talked about his powerful agent Mino Raiola. “He’s the best consultant in the world,” Haaland said. Despite his outstanding return to the BVB, the bank may threaten him

with the national team.

“We have three strikers who have performed very well. We’ll see who plays,” said national coach Lars Lagerbäck.

Haaland: “Me on the Wing?!”
Haaland (20) has only played two international matches for Norway and has not scored yet. In the attack of the Scandinavians, he has strong competition in Joshua King (AFC Bournemouth) and Alexander Sörloth (Trabzonspor), most recently leading goalscorer in Turkey.
