Toni Kroos is in quarantine after a case of coronavirus in Real Madrid basketball players. Now he will speak and report how he is doing.

Toni Kroos has been in domestic quarantine since last Thursday. However, the Real Madrid midfielder is dealing with the situation positively.

“‘Real stars in quarantine’ – it always sounds bad, but we’re just at home,” Kroos said via Facetime on the Pro7 show “Late Night Berlin” in an interview with host Klaas Heufer-Umlauf.

“Everything is okay. They sent us home, rightly so, after a positive case with our basketball players, with whom we sometimes work relatively closely. So it was reasonable to send us home. Me and my family are fine, no symptoms. We are fit,” added Kroos.

Gambling as a pastime and daily noodles
Among other things, he spends his time playing games on the game console with his son, “but only because he wants to,” the 30-year-old said with a smile: “It won’t be boring with three children at home.

The youngster also apparently has the power to decide on the menu. “That’s why noodles every day,” explained Kroos. Kroos joked that he still had plenty of toilet paper at home.

EM secondary for Kroos
In general, he said, one need not worry about him and a family. “If you look left and right, the main thing is that we’re all right.”

The thought of returning to the field and then playing a European Championship with the German national team is currently irrelevant for Kroos.

“It’s all relatively open,” said Real strategist. “Nobody knows when it’ll happen again. But you have to honestly say that this is secondary. When football will be played again is right at the bottom of the list. The main thing is how to get rid of this invisible opponent and how to get back to normality a bit. A lot of other people have bigger problems than watching football again.
