FC Bayern’s plans to go on an Asian tour this summer are to be scrapped because of the coronavirus. Allegedly, no replacement tour is planned.

After the immediate consequences, the longer-term consequences are now also an issue. According to information from the AZ, the Asian tour of FC Bayern is on the brink. The record-holding champion wanted to travel to Beijing this summer, among other places, to market himself there.
But because of the virus, things could be different now. Borussia Dortmund had already cancelled its tour of China and India. The Bavarians could follow.
As the AZ further writes, the club would forgo a substitute trip in case of cancellation.
Recently, the development around the virus had made big waves – also in the Bundesliga. Thus, the district derby between Schalke 04 and Borussia Dortmund is to take place in front of empty sets or even be cancelled completely.
