Real Madrid’s Vinicius Junior does not agree with the referee’s performance in the Champions League match against Manchester City The equalizer is said to be misguided.

Real talent Vinicius Junior has criticised the referee after his team Real Madrid lost 2-1 in the first round of the last sixteen against Manchester City in the Champions League.

“Gabriel Jesus committed a foul on the first goal. Everyone knows that,” the Brazilian explained after the game. Jesus had given Real defender Sergio Ramos a slight nudge before the equaliser, and thus won the header with the Royal captain.

The referee did not look at the scene again on the monitor on the edge of the pitch. “I saw it was a foul on the pitch, I don’t need to watch it in the dressing room,” criticised Vinicius Junior.

In general, the referees would be putting the Spanish top club at a disadvantage. “Are we being treated badly? Yes. We are the team with the most Champions League and league titles. That will always be the case.”

According to the Brazilian, the defeat against FC Barcelona on Sunday won’t have any influence on the Clásico. “It won’t affect us. “We’ll work hard until Sunday.”
