Sky already reported about a week ago that Real Madrid were very interested in Timo Werner, and the Spanish newspaper El Desmarque also linked the striker to the Royal Family.
While a farewell in winter – not least because of the recent contract extension and the very good season – seems very unlikely, an offer from the Spanish capital could be available by summer.
