Two days after the bad clash with David Luiz, Raúl Jiménez spoke for the first time.
The Mexican, who suffered a skull fracture on Sunday in the 2-1 victory of his Wolverhampton Wanderers at FC Arsenal in the air duel with Luiz, thanked for the support and spoke of an early comeback.
“Thank you very much for the supporting messages. I am still under observation and hope to be able to return to the field soon, “Jiménez said via Twitter.
Vardy and Sterling wish Jiménez well

Violent clash between Luiz and Jiménez
Jiménez collided violently with Luiz after a corner in a header game in the early stages of the match. Both players remained motionless at first.

On a stretcher, the 29-year-old was transported away after minutes of treatment and immediately taken to the hospital. Jiménez was operated on that night. Luiz suffered a laceration in the collision and continued to play with a head bandage until the half-time break.
