More top class in free TV? According to media reports, ZDF will be showing a summary of the games as early as next year, and later even the final.
The Champions League games will apparently get more broadcasting time in Free TV again from the 2021/22 season.
According to Sport Bild, the summaries of the Champions League games will be shown on ZDF late Wednesday evening. In addition, the station will broadcast the finals live from 2022 to 2024.
In pay-TV, the streaming providers Amazon Prime and DAZN share the rights. Amazon Prime is allowed to broadcast the top match on Tuesdays, the remaining matches are broadcast on DAZN.
