He was very lucky to play with Pep Guardiola, Jürgen Klopp and Thomas Tuchel among three of the best coaches in the world. “You learn a lot and think about how to pass on this knowledge after your career,” Gündogan said. He had already found out “how the procedure went if I would one day take a coaching license.”
