The 18-year-old striker was successfully operated on Monday after suffering a meniscus tear in his left knee at the 5-2 against Betis Sevilla last Saturday. This was announced by the Catalans on Monday evening.
Fati was named to the Spanish national team for the first time in September, being the youngest goalscorer in the history of La Roja at the age of 17 and 311 days.
In the current season, the offensive player has played ten competitive matches for Barca, scoring five goals.
