Jadon Sancho makes a commitment to BVB, which puts an English tabloid newspaper in a bad light. The allegations, however, miss the truth.
Actually, Jadon Sancho’s statements were unmistakable after Borussia Dortmund’s 6-0 test game victory at Austrian Bundesliga club SCR Altach.
“I love playing with these guys. It’s a special bunch,” said the 20-year-old. “I’m really happy to be on the pitch with them and lead them.” He knows what it’s like to join the pros, so he’s especially happy for the young players who were able to prove themselves against Altach.
Sancho thus made a further commitment to the Westphalians after the ban on transfers this summer and the announcement of his (already 2019) completed extra time until 2023.
Team-mate Erling Haaland, who was standing next to Sancho, added: “The guy here boy has shown great character, if you understand what I mean. Sancho still gives the impression to be fully involved.”
English Boulevard keeps Theme Alive
The English Sun nevertheless has doubts about Sancho’s further identification with BVB. The tabloid newspaper claims that Sancho refuses to make any statements about his future and that in the background advisors and middlemen continue to work on a change this summer.
