With a year’s delay, Leroy Sané’s transfer from Manchester City will be finalised in the coming days.
The numbers of the deal are already largely known – and Sané will be arriving in Munich soon.
Currently, the 24-year-old is still in Manchester, but his advisor Damir Smoljan is already in Munich, according to information. It is planned that Sané will complete the medical check in Munich within the next 1-2 days.
Sané in top shape again – contract until 2025
There is no longer any doubt that he will complete it successfully.
“I can assure you that Leroy will come back in top shape after his injury. He is mentally and physically ready for the very highest tasks,” Smoljan had already declared in an interview in May.
And on 22 June, Sané played for the Manchester City pros for the first time since his cruciate ligament rupture, having already made his comeback at the U23 in March. Bayern fans can look forward to the well-known dribbling strength and speed of the left wing.
The Bild-Zeitung and the English Guardian have already reported that the transfer is perfect and the German international will sign a five-year contract with the Munich team until 2025.
