Coach Christian Streich, his assistants and the board of SC Freiburg are waiving parts of their salary due to the corona crisis.

This was confirmed by CFO Oliver Leki in an interview with the Badische Zeitung; he also hinted at the willingness of the professionals.

“There are already positive signals.
But we still have to have final talks. I am confident that we will find a consensus,” said Leki, who also fears that the pandemic will affect the construction of the new stadium. “The extent of the delays cannot yet be seriously predicted,” he said.

Freiburg-Boss: “All issues would have to be re-regulated”.
