Philippe Coutinho currently has no regular place with FC Bayern, but is rather used as a joker. World champion Cafu is now giving him some important advice.
Brazil’s two-time world champion Cafu is recommending to his compatriot Philippe Coutinho that he accept the challenge at Bayern Munich and stay in the Bundesliga beyond the season.
“I would advise him to stay in Munich,” said the 49-year-old captain of the 2002 Brazilian world championship team in an interview with SID at a Mercedes-Benz appointment on the sidelines of the Laureus Awards ceremony in Berlin.
Cafu sees exceptional skills in the Barcelona loaner Coutinho: “He is an incredible player. When he is used in the right position, he can make all the difference”.
As an outsider, Cafu, 142-time Selecao international, sees Borussia Dortmund in the round of 16 against Paris St. Germain in the Champions League.
