Munich – He meets and meets and meets. The former Dortmund player Alexander Isak really flourishes in San Sebastián – and scores the winning goal against Bilbao as a wild card.

Alexander Isak is still in top form.

The 20-year-old Real Sociedad San Sebastián striker, who fired Real Madrid out of the Cup competition with a brace last Thursday, scored the late winner in the Basque derby against Atlhletic Bilbao.

Isak is substituted
The Swedish international had only been substituted in the 55th minute at the score of 0:0. Portu then scored for the lead (65th) before Inaki Williams equalised for the Bilbao visitors just six minutes later.

The former Dortmund player, who had no future with BVB and was transferred to the Basque Country at the start of the season, was then in the final stages of the game. In the 87th minute, he scored with a rich right-footed shot for a 2-1 final score.

The striker has thus scored eight compulsory goals in just over two weeks. His team is now in sixth place after 23 matchdays and is thus still on course for the Europa League.
