Munich – Goalkeeper Christian Früchtl could be drawn to England. FC Bayern’s number three wants to gain playing experience. There are offers from the Premier League.

The next goalkeeper plans to leave.

Christian Früchtl is currently number three in FC Bayern’s professional squad behind Manuel Neuer and Sven Ulreich.

Next summer, the 20-year-old intends to make a change for the time being.

“Christian is still planning to be loaned out in the coming season. But it is also clear that only a club where he will be number one is an option for him,” says his advisor Christian Rößner.

Früchtl wants season at a high level
The Früchtl plan is to get game practice at a higher level. Currently he is gaining important experience in training with the professionals and is seeded as number one in the 3rd division of Bayern II.

Rößner reveals: “There is already concrete interest from two teams from the Premier League, as well as from the first and second Bundesliga. Christian wants to take the next step. The loan will be made in close consultation with sports director Hasan Salihamidzic and goalkeeper coach Toni Tapalović.”

Nübel causes a stir in Bavaria
It is certain that Alexander Nübel’s change will cause a lot of fuss at the Bayern-Tor. Manuel Neuer is still hesitant about extending his contract until 2023, but made it clear after his 0-0 win against RB Leipzig: “For me, it will continue until 2021. Then I’ll have enough time to talk to the people in charge.

Even before that Ulreich and Ron-Thorben Hoffmann (number four) made it clear publicly that they would force a change in summer under certain circumstances. While for Ulreich the number three is out of the question, this position is an option for Hoffmann. But only if he takes Frechtl’s place at Bayern II.
