A late 2-1 win at Wolverhampton left Liverpool FC 16 points clear of runners-up Manchester City, with one game down.

When asked that he could lose a few games with the Reds and still become champions, Klopp was extremely annoyed. “You can lose six games… I could puke when I hear that!” Klopp said to “BT”. “It’s over when it’s over, not before.”

Thanks to the goals of Jordan Henderson (8) and Roberto Firmino (84) Liverpool won on Thursday evening, celebrated the 14th victory in a row. For the Wolves Raul Jimenez (51.) scored. Unbelievable: The Reds are now undefeated for 40 (!) league games.

Liverpool now draw level with Chelsea. Under José Mourinho (56) the Blues were also undefeated in 40 games in 2004-2005. Even better was Arsenal, remaining undefeated 49 games in a row.
